Hotel Policies

Children

• The prices for babycots and extra beds for children are not included in the total price and will have to be paid for separately upon check-in.
• Children aged 0-2 years old, complimentary baby cot (on request).
• Children aged below 12 years old, are free of charge when sharing an existing bed with parents.
• The child requesting an extra bed will be charged THB 1,177 net per night (excluding Breakfast).
• All baby cot and extra beds are subject to availability.
• Breakfast for children under 6 years of age will be free of charge with breakfast.
• Children aged 6–11 years old are to be charged breakfast at THB 300 net/child/meal.

Pet

At Shama Lakeview Asoke, we’re happy to welcome your furry companions. To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please review the following guidelines

• Authorized Pets: A pet weighing no more than 15 kg is permitted. Exotic and venomous animals are strictly prohibited.
• Pet Conduct: Pets must not cause noise, nuisance, or damage to both hotel property and other residents' property. They must use the service lift, be leashed or carried outside the room, and are not permitted in common areas such as the lobby, restaurants, swimming pool, gym, and kids’ club.
• Cleanliness: Owners must clean up after their pets, including in common areas. Pets should not be left alone during housekeeping; guests should schedule cleaning services and, if possible, be present.
• Vaccination & Liability: All pets must have up-to-date vaccinations, and records may be requested upon check-in. Owners are fully responsible for any damage, disturbances, or injuries caused by their pets and agree to indemnify the hotel.
• Fees & Deposit: A THB 25,000 refundable deposit is required before check-in and will be refunded after a final inspection, provided no damage is found. A non-refundable cleaning fee applies: THB 5,000 for Studio and One-Bedroom units, THB 8,000 for Two-Bedroom and Three-Bedroom units.
• Non-Compliance Penalty: A THB 5,000 penalty will be charged for any policy violations.
